WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
In art and play therapy sessions for children, parents can expect a nurturing and playful environment where their child can express themselves, process emotions, and develop coping skills through creative activities. Sessions are designed to engage children in age-appropriate art materials, games, and imaginative play that promote self-expression, emotional regulation, and social skills development.
Our therapists use a child-centered approach, encouraging exploration, creativity, and communication in a safe and non-judgmental space. Parents are involved in the therapeutic process and may receive guidance on supporting their child's emotional well-being at home. Art and play therapy sessions are tailored to each child's unique needs and interests, fostering self-discovery, resilience, and positive growth experiences.
