Hi, I'm Hannah...​I am a Registered Psychotherapist. I graduated with a Bachelor of Arts with Honours in Psychology from Queen’s University, followed by a Master of Education in Developmental Psychology and Education and a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology.

I work with people dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use, self-esteem difficulties, and interpersonal difficulties.​I am passionate about using my skills to help people feel more empowered in their own lives. I strive to use an empathic, warm and non-judgmental approach, in order to build a positive therapeutic relationship.
