As someone with ADHD who grew up with a brother with Autism, I can relate to the challenges faced by my clients. Through these experiences, I have become confident that I can help you navigate through tough times.
As a therapist, my goal is to help guide individuals through a solution focused lens, introduce new perspectives, and challenge their thought patterns, all while understanding their emotional needs.
